I have looked for so many cleaning companies and none of them returned my calls! All I wanted was a quote for my house to be fully cleaned. Soon as I find then on google , they have returned my call in a few minutes. They came to my house and right on the spot gave me a quote! Of course I wanted to be done on that day, but had to schedule for the very next day!! They found me a spot on their schedule!!! I left my house and went shopping! By the time I got back, it looks amazing! Very welcoming! Even though I clean my house every week, since I had just move in , I needed that deep cleaning!! Wonderful job!!! I so recommend!!! Swan Janitorial Cleaning, responded quickly online with a firm quote for services requested. They arrived when arranged and touched every surface and hidden area until clean. Great job in bathroom and especially large laminate floor area. Windows, in side and out were done without issue. Swan gave the offices at Phase9 Design a much welcome refreshening.

From scheduling and the discussion of our needs through arrival and the cleaning everything went smooth as silk.

My wife and I both have busy lives and a new house --this is a bad combination as the house demands a lot of us and we can find that we have little time--. We contracted Swan Janitorial to clean our house after we had floors put in. The mess before Swan's team descended on our property was incredible, but everything was put right, the floors were polished, the windows cleaned, dust removed and when we moved in, everything was as it should have been. Clean and organized. I look forward to the days when Swan is coming to do a maintenance clean on our house because everything is going to shine.
The team is very considerate of our time, informs us if they are going to be late, but I don't have to sit there and monitor them. The come in to my house and the dirt and dust, foot prints and fingerprints go out. If I have left things a little messy --like my desk or the kitchen island--, then they carefully arrange things. I am often surprised when I find out that they cleaned something --ie: like changed our sheets-- when we didn't mention it to them.
My windows are clean, our glass shower is clean, all the toilets are cleaned. The cooking surfaces are scrubbed, I really have no complaint.
I probably shouldn't write this review because this team is so good that I often wonder why it is that they want to clean my house and I'd hate to lose them. I do recommend them, if you need a good first cleaning, this is a professional team, call them, they will come to your home, quote you and then they will deliver a nice and tidy result.
